I choose a caroussel for a pokestop IN THE CENTER COMMERCIAL

I'm fighting to have 100 common agreements, and therefore to pass a carousel that is in a shopping center. therefore accessible to ALL. it is not a generic business. WHOLESALE ANYTHING.

You got unlucky. Some reviewers are idiots and don't realise you need to 3* things you don't see on street views. I suggest explaining that your nomination is inside the mall and if a website prove it's existence, link to it. Sadly I don't think the photosphere solution is possible.

Also I love how things with obvious pedestrian access often gets rejected for no pedestrian access...

Why not take a photo of the entire carousel instead of just one carriage? Second, your title should be O'Paninor Carousel and your description should describe the carousel and your supporting statement explaining which criteria it meets and any details to help reviewers confirm its location.

Just to point out that this meeting the eligibility criteria isn't an automatic given. If it was per chance an antique, then you have a much better chance under the exploration eligibility criteria. If this is one among several other coin operated rides, then you can make the case that all the rides together form a play area and is eligible as a place for exercise.

To get my similar submission approved, I also made a photosphere at the location, that shows:

    1. the play area
    2. the nearby storefronts
    3. the outside entrance
    4. all faces blurred

It managed to get approved on the first try, despite my punny title.

Reminder to reviewers, btw, is that under "Title Guidelines" it says:

If no ‘official’ title, creative titles to distinguish it from other nearby Wayspots

(I've found that, on average, such "creative" are rejected more frequently. I say "Ug!" to the "Baseball diamond #3" blather. Nay! Be creative! Baseball lends itself soooo well to baseball-related punnery! They go together like hand-in-glove!)
