Someone photoshopped/edited this image and made it a POI. The picture is a random fanart from the internet, you can clearly see the same garffiti tags on the edited picture and the current look of the power supply:

I also found a second power supply with the same picture, where the photoshop is even more obvious, but the POI already got deleted:
