Nia is not reviewing PokeStop/Portal submissions. You have to submit it again, if you want it to appear. Maybe try putting a link in the extra information and create a photosphere via the Streetview app.
Its the secound time i Submit it....and i had put it in the Informations ....
It's really unfortunate that this got rejected, it looks eligible to me and you give convincing information on its location as well. I have two remarks:
It should not get rejected because of the upgrade. I only get things reviewed with upgrades. And I already got almost everything accepted. I only got 4 rejected ones from the last 100 reviewed submissions. And I sometimes was very surprised because some 40:60 nominations got accepted. The 4 rejected ones were playgrounds and a sicher field. All of them got resubmitted and got accepted.
I normally add photospheres to nominations which are unclear, put a lot of efford in the descriptions and also do a lot of research on my submissions. And this pays off.
Believe me, I know what makes a submission good and I'm perfectly aware of all criteria. There was nothing wrong with these submissions, they were perfectly identifiable and on the correct spot. I'm very confident that they wouldn't have been rejected without the upgrade. Upgrading makes it faster/quicker, but it also makes nominations more vulnerable to lazy/bad reviewers.
I got the feeling, that this is based on your account. Friends of mine also reviewed and submitted. Most likely, the nomination from person A rot rejected and the one from person B rot accepted. I also submitted some things that got rejected multiple times, which rot easily accepted first try . Wayfarer is strange.

This Submisson Was Rejected the secound time .....🤷🏻♂️ so tell me, how could i do it better ? And this is not the only one legit Submisson who was Rejected because Reviewer don't know the criteria -.-
