Checked and it should be in another cell
the 20 meters rule doesnt matter if its in two differnt cells if they are too close they still wont show
As I know, the distance between the existing stop and the accepted nomination should be far enough so should have to show. Furthermore, even in ingress, also no new portal at that location. The rule for Pokemon go doesn't apply on ingress, therefore at least with new portal in ingress.
Did the notification email appear normal, or did it indicate that the wayspot would not appear due to proximity?
That's exactly it, though. It wasn't accepted into Ingress which means either the location is somehow "scorched" from new POIs or it was within 20 meters.
Log into Wayfarer and then go into https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/api/v1/vault/manage and you can pull up the exact GPS coordinates where your nomination was placed. You can either then share those coordinates in and somebody can check to see the exact distance between the two or you can use a mapping site to calculate for you. It's very likely they were within 20 meters.
Tried in mobile and just got this source codes, what that's mean? What is the next step I should do?
The previous comments are right. You placed your nomination within 20 meters of the existing wayspot.
https://imgur.com/a/gBoAXWN
May i know what software or app you use to check it?
From that, I copied:
"lat":22.368318,"lng":114.000923; or simply 22.368318,114.000923
If you create an Ingress account (I'd use the same email as your PoGO) you can access the website intel.ingress.com. That lets you view all Portals that are used to make up the Niantic Wayfarer database.
In there, go to the general area of your nomination. I see the portal "母子嬉戲銅像" - clicking on it, then selecting the "link" icon at the top right of the screen gives me a link for the portal:
https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=22.369185,114.001432&z=18&pll=22.368155,114.000873
So now we have the GPS coordinates of the active portal and your nomination.
I used the following website to calculate the distance:
http://boulter.com/gps/distance/?from=22.368318%2C114.000923&to=22.368155%2C114.000873&units=k
And... 18 meters away, so it was too close. If the nomination can correctly be placed further away, you can try that. Please keep in mind that there are also additional checks for distance that limit what shows up in PoGO, so even if it does get accepted into Ingress there's a chance it still won't populate PoGO.
There are also 3rd party apps such as IITC that can assist you with that faster and better.
5 of my approved Stops haven`t appeared after some weeks...why could that be?
None of the stops has another stop within its 20m radius as far as i can tell(im not shure for one of the 5)
Its pretty sad that the stops don´t appear in the game since all of them are located in a small town, Rogatz, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
Maybe this will be seen by an niantic employee and the stops might be added...
If any suggestions please let me know.
Have a nice Day!🙋♂️
Have you checked to make sure they are in their own L17 cell? If no, this is probably the issue (it's another spacing requirement that pogo follows, in addition to the 20m requirement).
If they are in their own L17 cell, it could be a bug of some sort.
May i know how to check whether the nomination is in the same cell with other stop/portal or not?
I believe there are plugins on the IITC App or browser extensions that can shoe S2 cells.

How can I check that to be sure?
We understand this can be tad bit disappointing, @MrsFahrradJan-PGO!
Few nominations might get filtered by our automated servers that can result in them not appearing in any of the Niantic games, despite being deemed eligible by the reviewers. This might be the cause that your submissions have not appeared in any of the games.
This being the reason, we recommend our Wayfinders to check the proximity of existing Wayspots around the submission that they intend to make. Sadly, we won't be able to add any POIs or share more details about the criteria.
Appreciate your understanding!
A few players here in Minneapolis have had the same thing happen. They'd checked the cells before submitting, the POI appeared in the other Niantic games, so we wondered if it was specifically to Minneapolis, and if so, if the stops would come through after things had settled down.
The one new stop I've noticed recently was a George Floyd mural on Lake Street, between the library (which was damaged) and the Walgreens (which was burned), just a few blocks from the 3rd Precinct.
@NianticKN-ING This answer isn’t addressing the question. We have a large community in Minneapolis of experienced submitters that are missing otherwise eligible stops. We know the criteria, but something is wrong. You guys need to actually look into it and trust the community. I personally stopped reviewing because of it and won’t come back until there are real answers.
basicly what @NianticKN-ING if i get this right is they auto filter some objects and deny them simlar to how facebook does some posts depending on content.
