Portal Scan Upload Failures?

So with the special event going on, I did well over 100 portal scans today, 11/27. Half-way through, the scan upload was interrupted with a message saying Portal Scan Upload Failed. Has this happened to anyone else today? I also experienced a lot of lag while doing portal scans today. Is there anyway to fix this without clearing out the remaining scans? I'm less than happy right now because I worked really hard today.
