1-star for Title and Description
Does anyone know what the rejection reason in the email when more than enough people 1-star the Title and Description criterion? From what we know with others:
- 1-star for Historic or Cultural Significance results with: "The nomination does not appear to be historically or culturally significant."
- 1-star for Visually Unique results with: "The nomination does not appear to be visually unique."
- 1-star for Location Accuracy results with: "The real-world location of the nomination cannot be confirmed to exist at the submitted location." Note that this is slightly different to the overall 1-star reject reason Location: Mismatched Location: "Insufficient evidence that the nomination accurately reflects the submitted real-world location based on comparison of the submitted photo and map views."
I'm not looking for the 1-star reject reason message of "Nomination title or description is not relevant" which comes from Text: Title or Description. In particular, if you don't 1-star the nomination overall, but 1-star ONLY the Title and Description question.

I believe "the title is irrelevant"
Should spelling mistakes in the title get 1 star?
I think you should rate it lower, but not 1 star? If the Wayspot got accepted then someone can request title edit of that Wayspot.
Simple mistakes, no. Mistakes that make the title completely unreadable, yes.
I know a star off the rating for spelling and grammatical errors, but I don't usually rate a title/description lower than 3 stars.
The only time it should be a 1 star, in my opinion, is if the title/description has no relevance to the submission in question.
I normally only give 1* if someone put nothing there or something unrelevant. If it is a game connected title/description (for example a statue which get named after a pokemon) I reject because of it.
I forgive some grammar mistakes, but it's way too atrocious, I will 1* the nomination. I wish I could suggest an edit sometimes.
Reminder: "creative titles are allowed". You may not like my baseball-themed pun, but it's still much more unique and identifiable than "Parkname Baseball Diamond #3".
All Your Base Are Belong To Us, indeed.
A caveat: if the park has actually given the diamond the designation of "#3," then I would say "Parkname Baseball Diamond #3" is actually the most identifiable title, especially if they put up a sign with the number. But I do hate it when submitters take it on themselves to give everything in a park an arbitrary number without any official source.
