Additional information: This wayspot got removed while it is existing and was at the 100% right spot. This is a locally relevant and significant landmark. This place is located in a traffic-calmed 30 zone. There is a spacious pedestrian path with zebra stripes around the place.

Duplicate post and a valid removal - no direct pedestrian access to the Wayspot.
As I mentioned in a similar appeal. This object lacks pedestrian access because it is inside of a roundabout and there are no viable crosswalks leading to the inside section. All Wayspots must have direct pedestrian access to be eligible. Simply being able to "access" it from the outside does not suffice.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Pokéstop/Gym.
