Hi, maybe I understand this wrong, but according to Wayfarer - Help, should't I receive an upgrade after 100 Agreements? Right now I have 103 ones and the only upgrade I got, was for reaching 100%.

you already used your upgrade. If you dont put "upgrade next" on your submissions and have unupgraded ones, it will get used randomly.

As I said, this one upgrade I got, was from reaching 100% on that cyrcle. I am asking about reaching 100 Agreements. Or is it the same? But then 1% can not be 1 agreement
Yes it's the same. 1% = 1 agreement. Agreements includes stuff you rates 3+* and gets accepted, stuff you rated 2-* and got rejected, duplicate you accurately spot (and I think edits with whom people agreed with you). By the look of it, you should be around 55-60% of your next upgrade.
You have to get another 100 agreements to get another upgrade. Upgrades are only granted per 100 agreements.
You currently have 150 agreements, BTW. Niantic also counts location and text edits as part of the upgrade score now, so you may be closer to an upgrade than 50%.
If you scroll through your nominations you should see a mark next to the one that was upgraded.
