The sign for Glendale Cemetery had physically been removed for several months. During this time, the sign was removed from Ingress for being no longer physically there.
Since then, the sign has been restored and physically replaced. You can see the ground torn up around the sign below to prove recent installation and the photos support the surrounding area of the available Street View.
All photos show it is located at approximately the same coordinates as before (41.600521,-93.692822) by showing nearby intersection of 56th St and University, Des Moines, Iowa.
Please restore the Wayspot as the POI has been physically reinstated to its real word location.

While cemeteries may have been eligible in the past, they are no longer eligible now. I also don't remember Niantic ever restoring a removed Wayspot to something that is not eligible.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Pokéstop/Gym.
