This portal was removed twice by Ingress Agents and I think it should be restored. Yesterday, I sent a Google Street View Photo for update the zone. In that way, you will be able to see it. As I said before we have a lot of portals of this kind in my country. As I showed, it has a sidewalk where everyone pass every day and you can confirm it with the Street View
