I dont exactly know why, but I believe Niantic stated something like "too many reviews in the last time". Many wayfinders got this problem. But After four days it should be normal again. I had this problem earlier aswell.

You have to wait for around 3 1/2 to 4 days to be able to review again.
What did I do something wrong? or am I being block?
