Additional information: The mural of the crazy car existed for several years, until it was covered by several giant posters that permanently prevent it from being appreciated as it should, I attached photos of how it is now and how it looks through google street view, it must be removed in Ingress.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
