What should we do?

I hope someone can answer me to the following situation.

Four months ago, a PlayGround as a POI appeared in a cell s17. And last week in the same cell appeared a Church as a POI. Up to here there is no problem, players from both games can have fun.

The problem is that there is a guy who is jealous and anger because his POI that he proposed, in the same cell, has not been accepted. So, he threatened the entire neighborhood to remove those two points of interest.

that's why I ask, what should we do? Is this fair?

How can he remove any PoI if they are in the correct places and they are valid?

Niantic make those decisions. He can submit an Invalid Portal request but Niantic will probably tun it down.

Wayspots will not be removed unless they meet one of the following conditions:

    • No Pedestrian Access
    • Obstructs or interferes with Emergency Services
    • Private Residential Property
    • School (up to K12; including Day care/Child care services)
    • Permanently removed from the location
    • Duplicate of another Portal

For all other cases, Niantic will review the location if the (verified) property owner contacts them via the form provided in the Pokémon GO or Ingress Help centers.
