Addition Information: The Original Location wasn't in the correct location and as a result the stop wasn't created. The New location places it in the correct s17 cell.

Neither location is correct. However, t his should be removed as a duplicate of Sardis Free Will Baptist Church since the sign itself is not eligible and it is not a significant distance from the building.
Tons of Signs are used as pokestops? How are signs not eligible? They are also 20 meters apart the church and the sign?
They are eligible as placemarkers for an area, such as a park, or if the sign itself is historically, culturally, or architecturally significant.
