Screenshot of the Rejection Email: Not rejection email, but the nomination. I submitted it, it got accepted but the reviewer maliciously moved into the same cell as another POI.
Photos to support your claim: As you can see above, the photo is of the façade, the POI is outside of the building and it has been moved to the inside of the building.

Additional information: I took to ingress to ask for help reporting the wrong location. A user there admitted to moving it into the other cell.

I cannot find the Wayspot at the coordinates you provided. The closest Wayspot I could find to those coordinates is Singel Studio 1.

In this case, it really looks like an edit away from the real world location, which is named as abuse in the 3.1 criteria.
Sorry for the wrong location, I copied what I thought were the coordinates when opening it from ingress. Thanks @LukeAllStars-PGO for the correct link.
