Agreements not Syncing to Pokemon GO and "Other Agreements" subtracted from my total agreements

I am having a similar issue to many where only Accepted Nominations are counting towards my total agreements in the Pokemon GO Medal, but I am also suffering from an issue where my total number of agreements is not accurate, with my "other agreements" showing -203 and subtracting off of my total, so instead of having 1706 agreements, I only have 1300. I know this isn't an entirely new issue but I have never seen "negative" agreements before.
