Please help me understand why this was rejected

This building for this business is shaped like a cardboard box. It was denied for generic business. I mean how many buildings are shaped like moving boxes? It’s a storage place, so the theme was to shape the building like a moving box. I was sure this would be approved. Thoughts?????

To my knowledge, "unique architecture" is still a sufficiently valid criteria. Even a franchise can be unique, if it's designed unlike all the others in the franchise.
But without my hitting up google and maps, the question is how unique is it really? Is this a franchise, and what do the rest of the outlets look like?
It sits by itself on the road. Most of these are just regular buildings and about 3-4 look like this (this one included). Please not that none of the other locations are close proximity to this. Either way, this is unique. I hope people are not rejecting because it is a business. In that case, the whole voodoo donuts submission on the wayfarer test in invalid.
Do you have an english set phone? If yes, you can read the rejection criteria inside the rejection mail. This could help maybe.
That building might be unique in that town, but it seems that most of the locations of that company use that or a similar design. https://www.allstorageonline.com/
So that would make some people rate it down, it's not really unique.
