Nomination stuck in que despite having received an upgrade

A nomination is stuck in the que for several days despite having received an upgrade.
I have previously nominated that spot but withdrawed it later because I have marked the wrong location.

Hello,
I currently have a total of 6 nominations, 4 of which are upgraded, 1 marked for next upgrade.
None of the nominations are advancing to voting and are all stuck In queue.
Is this normal to be able to have multiple nominations upgraded and In queue, yet still be able to upgrade more? Speaking to other active nominators in my area they say that only 1 should be upgraded at a time and next one shouldn't be able to be upgraded until the 1st nomination has been approved/rejected.
Also I have been with them while they've submitted Nominations after all of mine were submitted, yet theirs are going to voting same day.
How long has they been upgraded?
If your nomination is upgraded right after it got submitted, it needs a few days to get reviewed. Thats normal, you might need to wait for a week.
Its saying in the waiting que instead of in review.
Upgraded another nomination submitted on the same day and that one is in review.
Can you tell me when you submitted it and when it got upgraded?
somebody fixed it. Problem solved.
However submitted 1st december. Upgraded 2nd.

Ok, so very new. All I can say is that a friend submitted something the last November days ang got accepted today. So you only have to wait a bit.
