Simplest way to report submitter?

This is getting more annoying. Most submitters in my country will do at least one of these:

1. Asking reviewers to easily give their nomination 5 stars in supporting information. "Object real, visible in GSV, safe pedestrian access. Please give it 5 stars, trims."

2. For location edit, they will ask reviewers in either title or description to choose a point they desired to move the Wayspot. "Please choose this point, should be moved so another Pokestop went live in the game, trims"

For the majority of time, I would ignore what they said and review as usual. However, if there are no report against them, then they would think that they're allowed to do those as they will, as they won't ever got punished.

However, if I should report them using the usual Abuse form, then my time were wasted to report each of them. It would take at least 5-10 minutes for me to fill each abuse form. Imagine if you have to do this 12 times in a row! (Yes, that's my largest streak right now, if you're asking.) Even with the form, I didn"t know if those submitters ever get punishment or not, as there won't be any feedback from the form.

So, is it necessary to report each submitters asking to give their nominations 5 stars? Did the Report Abuse button on the bottom right useful to report submitters influencing reviewers to make their edit successful? Or, is there any simplest way to report them all without wasting more time?


Oh, if you're asking, I would use the Abuse form only for blatant abuse, such as fake nominations, location edits at which all the points aren't accurate (the submitter did this for purpose), etc.
