As you can see, this wayspot is clearly located at the school grounds. Somebody tried to submit another one, which is currently in voting (obviously i gave it 1 star)

Basically you must report it first in-game. Then, when it got rejected you can appeal here.
However, just want to know, did that Wayspot just accidentally approved since that Wayfarer challenge, or did it exist long time before it?
I actually don't know, and I can't report this in game because im too far away from it. I live in totally differect part of the country - just saw that one while reviewing
