Rejection appeal: not a "Generic store" but a trade school

Additional information: This was rejected under pretense that it is "Nomination title or description is not relevant, The real-world location of the nomination appears to represent a generic store or restaurant". This is not a "generic store or restaurant" it is an HVAC trade school and laboratory, I do not understand why it was rejected and hopefully someone can give me some further insight on how I can get it approved.
This is a high traffic trade school, we have anywhere from 2-3 classes of 10-50 people daily with lots of downtime in between where they hang around and socialize, I definitely think this would be a great place for a stop. The rejection reasons given do not seem valid and I think this deserves a second look for an appeal.

You cant appeal rejected PokeStop submissions. You have to resubmit. I would first post the submission in the "nomination improvement" category, to get some feedback on it.

I think you're unlikely to get this accepted. Although the rejection mail says "generic store or restaurant", when reviewing we're actually asked if something is a "generic business" or not.
I'd click the "generic business" button if I was reviewing this, as it appears to be a generic business that sells training courses. If you manage to get past that hurdle, I expect you'd then have trouble with a lack of 'historic or cultural value'.
That's what a trade school is though. Trade schools are eligible criteria from what I have read.
They are no more eligible than any other business. And I would be extremely hesitant to call this a trade school and more an employee training center for that particular HVAC company.
This is training for people seeking HVAC licensing BY the employees not FOR the employees.
