Reporting inaccessible Waypoints
How do you report an invalid waypoint if you can't get near it?

If you can see it on the apps game map, you should be able to report it. Or in Ingress, any times the portal shows up on COMMs, you can report/edit it.
However, just because a Wayspot is inaccessible to you doesn't mean it is invalid. It will have to be a Wayspot that meets one of the following conditions:
- No Pedestrian Access
- Obstructs or interferes with Emergency Services
- Private Residential Property
- School (up to K12; including Day care/Child care services)
- Permanently removed from the location
- Duplicate of another Portal

There's a fundamental difference between "inaccessible" and "inaccessible to you personally". Niantic takes issue with the former, but has never ever had issues with the latter.
Please provide more information about the location and we can advise.

If you cannot even get close enough to reach the Wayspot through in-game means, the property manager or steward may request removal using one of the following forms. I've had a lot of success, when applicable, with modification & removal using the links below.
