The above is from Google Street view, it can be seen that this is a rural residential driveway and that the historic sleigh is more like abandoned junk at the side of their property.

There is no safe pedestrian access on the county road, in order to get there one must drive a vehicle and pull into the residential driveway or loiter half in the road. It is unsafe, it is not really a historic sleigh, and it is of low quality even if it were.
