Upgrade Percentage is Moving Extremely Slowly
Has anybody seen how slow the upgrade percentage is? I have reviewed over 200 nominations but I have not been rewarded a single upgrade yet. My percentage is right now at 63%. Is it moving extremely slowly for anybody else?

No, it feels normal. Maybe you just got a bad agreement rate or rated a lot of unupraded submissions which need longer to get the final rating.
What is a bad agreement rate? I am pretty new to all of this. I have been reviewing nominations for a month now so I do not know how everything works super well. How long does it normally take to get an upgrade?
A bad agreement rate means, that your reviews are not agreeing to the community decision. How long it normally takes depends on your review activity and your agreement rate.
Where can I check my agreement rate? I see people talking about all of these colors and stats that they have based on agreement, but the only thing that I can see is my profile, the total nominations reviewed, Nominations accepted, Nominations rejected, Nominations duplicated, and then upgrades available and upgrades redeemed.
your agreement rate is "agreements ÷ total reviewed submissions"
things arent completed. As people abandoned Wayfarer, not many people are voting anymore.
The Submissions you checked are still in the system, and are not moving forward. Thus you wont get agreements.
Back in March, when Niantic decided to flush out the system, many people suddenly got alot of things thru, and the upgrades got available as alot of the stuck nominations got approved, or rejected.
I am deeply sad about the situation that is continuing to scare of people.
if you voted the same on a nomination as the community you will get an agreement.
Meaning you voted accept and the majority of reviewers accepted as well. (Same with rejects)
If you provided good reviews you will have a good rating. They changed the scales recently from 3 to 4 tier.
When you were in the lowest tier (bad) the agreements will not count for the upgrade counter.
As mentioned by Rodensteiner there is a delay on the reviews, more than only you will decide if a nomination gets accepted or not, and with wayfarer being flooded with nominations it can take a while before enough reviewers voted on a submission.
Unfortunately NIA doesn't provide info on reviews you did. So part of the gap you have between agreements and reviews done are the ones that are still in voting, next to the ones where the community didn't agree with your vote
Hope this was of any help to you
