The portal doesn't exist in the established location that area is residential and private property, this plaque is part of the Parroquia de Santa María la Real de la Almudena (Crypt) in Madrid, Spain. The plaque is commemorating the remodeling of the parish. I hope and sanction that bad actor and the people who accepted the portal in Wayfarer.
