How to improve this rejected candidature?

Hi tuys
I go rejected this candidature, a religious "object" (I miss how to call in english, sorry).
I added also the photosphere. It was night but in my opinion it was not a very bad pic.... about the orientation the street is very small and it was not possible to take in front of it directly...
It is a very frequent thing here in Italy this kind of candidature and I was surprised to see rejected despite photosphere.
I said it is pedonal only and that is very safe for pedestrian...

Hmm, I know it's a difficult photo to make, but it's still hard to properly see the object in question very well. That may cause some to reject it. It's not a terrible photo, but not great either.
The first improvement is to use a daylight photo.
Try using something like a selfie-stick for the photo. Also, do a daylight photo. I think, the problem is on the picture.
Not a good photo, as has been said. Is this object on a Private residence? If so, it may be rejected under the "Private Residence" rules.
