The profile has been reset today. I had to re-select the locations for the search and take the test. Review statistics cleared

Sorry to hear that you're having this trouble, I reviewed this situation with the Wayfarer team and they'd like to confirm which account ID you were using prior to losing access to Wayfarer.
They suspect that you may be logging in with a different account attached to your Wayfarer progress, which is why you've entered into the first time user experience when gaining access.

Hello there,
Last year my ingress account was suspended. I must say I am not an Ingress every-day player, in fact I’m a level 1. So, my account was suspended apparently because I was using a spoofing tool. I din’t care about it because I don’t play the game every day and I just downloaded to try it, but I play other niantic tittles.
When my account was suspended I did not get any warning, it was suspended one day to another. Maybe took me a month to send a ban appeal because I wanted to login into Wayfarer.
My ban appeal was accepted in December 2020, and I gained access into Ingress in January, and also to Wayfarer, here I got my qualification to review other players spots and I was doing well for almost 2 weeks, in fact I was doing at least 10 reviews every day.
A day in February I tried to access into wayfarer and I got “Your account has been suspended in one or more games.”, well I’ve been trying twice a week and always got that message, until yesterday’s morning. I was happy because of my account, but in the afternoon my account was suspended again. Why? I have not used any spoofing tool, I did not get any warning before my suspension, why did niantic suspend my wayfarer account one day, gave me back in another and then suspended me again. Everything without any reason.

cheguei no 38 pra solicitar paradas para aumentar minha cidade, mas tudo bem, não valeu em nada o esforço
