A Pokestop Nomination for Entry Gate to Society Rejected

This is an entry gate to the society I live in, How can this be an invalid nomination!?
REJECTION REASON I RECIEVED:
The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on private residential property or farm, The real-world location of the nomination appears to obstruct the driveway of emergency services or may interfere with the operations of fire stations, police stations, hospitals, military bases, industrial sites, power plants, or air traffic control towers, The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on the grounds of a primary/secondary school (up to K-12) or on the premises of a child care/day care center.

Show us the full nomination and supporting information you used. I have to say, it does look like the netrance to a military site from just this one photo,
It was rejected because it doesn't meet the eligibility criteria and there is no pedestrian access.
What kind of society you live in, if the abbreviation written on the gate refer to this:
The gate itself doesn't meet criteria, either.
I would say thats correct for rejection. No pedestrian access as there is no sidewalks to the gate. And I cant thinkof anything that would make this eligible either. Doesnt promote exercise, doesnt really promote exploration, and doesnt look like a socialization point either
It is not a miltary site, Its entrance gate for the Estate where Quarters for people and their family who work in JNARDDC, is.
Next to that gate there is complete ground,
Well I can provide photo just next to it with open ground where all age people come for walking, its quite open and doesnt even block road, and hence I gave the spot for pokestop 100 m away from gate so that people wont go in middle of road

It doesnt matter if there is solid ground next to the gate. You need a side walk to prove pedestrian access. And also missplacing a stop like you said “100m away so people dont go in the middle of the road” proves there is no access for pedestrians and is actually considered abuse of the wayfaire system. So id tread lightly about that. If the stop isnt safe enough to put it at its exact location then it isnt safe. You can’t move the stop 100m out of the way to suit people better
Well In India pedestrian are just started coming out, basically we just have roads and no pedestrians . We have pedestrian's only in Highways only, or in big cities, what can be an alternative for that in such scenarios and when I say 100m , I just meant to say not on middle of road just on the side of gate,
