Discussions post 3.1 being moved from "Criteria Clarifications" to the Guidelines archive

Over the last few days, I noticed a lot of threads that were created after "Wayfarer 3.1 Criteria 'reboot'" getting moved from the Criteria Clarifications channel into the Guideline Clarifications channel which is closed & archived.
This makes it harder to search topics and implies that those discussions were created before 3.1.
Can you explain the reasoning, @NianticGiffard, @NianticCasey-ING?

Eh, at first I thought it was a bug, seeing newer posts from Guideline Clarification section. I didn't notice if they're from Criteria Clarification section.

Oops, I think a few too many got moved. These discussions were created before November 11, which was when 3.1 launched and the Criteria Clarifications channel was implemented:
