Niantic moderation & -ING/-PGO suffixes

Early on in the forums, there were concern brought up about moderators (@NianticCasey-ING & @NianticKN-ING) having -ING tags attached to their user names & profiles, that they might not fully represent -PGO (and Wizards Unite) players.
Since then, several other moderators have made appearances (@NIACHAOSMONKEY-ING, @NianticAndres, @NianticGiffard) with non-standard user names or no "suffix."
@NianticCasey-ING, may I make a proposal to have a separate suffix created that is "-NIA" to represent Niantic and be used by all Niantic moderators/admit? This helps make the user names more visible and the "-NIA" would only be used by members of the Niantic team. It would also help mitigate concern over "-ING" staff showing Ingress players preferential treatment.
Thanks for reading!

-ING staff show Ingress players preferential treatment? That's news to me.
It was suggested by a certain person with multiple accounts who has had many of their posts & discussions removed.
posting with an -ING account makes you stand out to those who are calling themselves the "better game/better players".
if you are 25 and beautiful, you have better chances in the job world, even if you are not so bright. same with -ING.
Most mods propably came from the time where only Ingress exists. Casey is also in the Ingress forum for example. But I would also apreciate mods all named like Giffard with no suffix at the end.
I want both suffexes. I play both why can't I be both. Maybe -IGO
-PING? :D
I don't know, but it must be the following:
Since players have an account, then they must be in a game to access, then the suffix -ING to represent Ingress players, so @NianticCasey-ING and @NianticKN-ING are 2 Niantic administrators (Name Niantic + player of Ingress).
Now @NianticGiffard and @NianticAndres were other volunteers to help the team in the Niantic Wayfarer community.
So we have 1 Niantic team with 2 types of how they got in to help the Wayfinders (-ING and Niantic).
Does it really matter?
it matters to me. id rather be both than just -PGO or -ING.
In RL there is also a choice. you can be a man, a woman, or something else. Id rather be -WYF than -PGO or -ING. I am not defining myself being a player of XY.
Not sure how this whole site works....yet... BUT, surely (if it's even possible), if someone is doing as was suggested, they will do it regardless of what is before, after or in-between.... Better you can see who you think maybe doing what they maybe not doing..?!🤪
@LukeAllStars-PGO I agree, around the time of 2015 (I'm not from this year, I started in 2017, so I don't know much about it, so I let it go) He managed the Ingress community, he and Brian, they and others are great at work, in addition to help or get questions and answer them, they launch news, events and etc ... (I WILL NOT CONTINUE TO THE SPOILER).
Man, last year this would have started a 5 page long drama-bomb before the thread got locked.
We've really come a long way :')
@GearGlider-ING hahahahaha.
i guess people learned with the c19 situation that we are all the same, we are all just players who do our litte games we love, and we like to have the possibility to play the games near to home. that took away the steam from the ppl who want 1 wayspot in the city.
If you were for some reason, eligible to log into Wayfarer with a high enough level on Wizards Unite or Catan: World Explorers, I would love to see more acronyms like xxxx-WU and xxxx-CAT or xxxx-CWE. Although I am not sure of anyone who exclusively players Wizards Unite or Catan: World Explorers without even touching Pokemon Go or Ingress. That way it's not just ING Direct or PGO Scooters.
