Does Niantic accept teams donating their own games as a POI?

I was interested, because there is graffiti and art from the 3 teams on Pokémon Go, so I was wondering if teams and factions (Ingress Prime) are eligible?

eligeble, if it is not a graffiti tag or an unpermanent graffiti based on vandalism.

If it's legitimate, permanent art that otherwise meets criteria, it could be acceptable (though some reviewers might incorrectly reject it for game references, even though they would be relevant to the submission).

In pretty much all of the cases I've seen, though, team- and faction-related nominations have been some combination of vandalism, private residential property, uninteresting/low-effort (think stickers on a window or a stencil spray painted on a wall), temporary, or just random nonsense submissions.

Depends on composition. If it is just a spray painted stencil, then no.

A mural perhaps, but running around town with a "Team Red" stencil spraying fences is not going to generate more stops.
