i move the 3 portal in accurate location then it got accepted its been a month still not appearing in pokemon go but the portal is ingress

If you move a Portal / Stop to a new location and it is either a) within 20m of an existing Waypoint / Portal / Stop or b) Is moved into an S17 Cell which already contains a Pokestop, then it will not appear in Pokemon Go.
If you can give us a link to the Portal we can look on the Ingress Intel map and check this.
why on other country the portal are all closed to each other and still appear in pogo. i only just move to accurate location this is so unfair
There were different distance rules when Portals were first added to maps when Ingress was released, so a lot of "close together" portals may be left over from then. Rules are different these days. I am not clear which are the stops you moved, but there is a lot of overlap between portals, and all the cells have more than one Waypoint in them, so the problem comes from either of the two things I mentioned, distance or S17 cells.
Those pokestops/gyms have been edited recently. If they were old portals from Ingress they wouldn't show up in Pokemon more than one in each L17 cell, so there has been some edits going on there in order to create that situation with the overlapping portals and extra Pokestops.

Nothing you can do. If you move something the new rules about spacing and the number of Pokestops per S17 cell come into play.

If you have a problem with Pokemon, you should reach out to the Pokemon Go support team. That's the reply that they are gonna give you (and if you keep moving things around they might be removed from the game)
Niantic will not do anything for Wayspots that do not show up in a specific game, especially if the reason is because of the spacing algorithm. Second, renominating the object will not result in a new Wayspot. Instead, it will be marked as a duplicate of the existing Wayspot for that object. And third, all Wayspots should be located where the object is. Any attempts to move the Wayspot away from the object it represents is classified as abuse and can result in your game account(s) begin suspended and/or Wayfarer privileges revoked.
