Got a good one for you all. So not entirely sure why this one was rejected. I think it makes the criteria a valid poi, next to a multi-family residence and a church. There is POI's closer to the school which is over 300 meters away, and the church used to be a gym. This was the rejection email I got from Niantic earlier today:
The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on private residential property or farm, Photo is low quality, The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on the grounds of a primary/secondary school (up to K-12) or on the premises of a child care/daycare center.
Submitted as Grace Gazebo with some supporting info clarifying that it is next to a church. Photo quality seems fine to me. It is next to a multi-family residential building and clearly has a church in between it and the school.
Did I just get unlucky with lazy wayfarer reviewers? Should I try resubmitting with more details? Not sure how much better of a photo I can get in all honesty.

Can we see the whole nomination with supporting photo and maybe photo/link of satellite map
The photo seem to be "from the back", I would nominate it again showing how to enter into the gazebo
Lets see the whole nomination - photo, supporting photo, text and a location.
The photo looks like you photographed into someone's backyard over the fence. That being said, I'd like to see the whole nomination as well.
It is fenced, but it is also accessible from the road with a path right to the Gazebo & Niantic has said in the past that POI's don't half to be accessible to all to be viable - but with the way things are now in-game and likely for the future, it would be accessible to all. As for the location, you can clearly see the church being in between it and the school.
While it doesn't always have to be accessible like that, this seems to be in someone's backyard, which is private property.
With all these photos, I'd have to say PRP unless I could find this on Satallite view and be convinced it was in the grounds of the Church. I would expect the Church to be a POI already, at least in Ingresss, so you may find this proposed spot would be within 20m ofan existing stop and would not go live in game even if it were accepted. You need much better photos taken from inside the Church grounds.
Perhaps if you provide coordinates, we can better advice you on whether this is eligible. But just from the photos alone, this very much appears to be on private residential property.
If its in the grounds of the church, you'd be best off taking the picture from within the grounds, without the fence in the way, and use the support information and support picture to show that it's part of the church grounds (ie get the church in the picture too)
This is on PRP:
Those are multi-family units, but each has their own fenced-off private backyard space.
Grace was a gym that was removed by Niantic. It is not clear that it is a PRP as even on that map it has clear access right to the street & even if it is multi-family are acceptable and this at worst-case scenario is fenced off for use by multi-family residents of the unit but can be seen and accessed safely with that side path going right to the POI which is why I thought there was a sufficient enough grey area that it would qualify...
You have to be able to walk up to the POI, there must be "pedestrian access", being able to spin it or hack it from the other side of a fence (or road) is not acceptable. Looking at the location on Strretview, I'd have to say it appears to be PRP.
Generally, the private single-family area of multi-family building are still treated as private residential property. So while an object in the lobby of the apartment building can be an eligible Wayspot, an object inside an apartment is ineligible. If the backyard belongs to a a single-family unit and is not part of the comma area of the building, then it is ineligible. The fact there is a sidewalk on the other side of the fence doesn't change its eligibility.
