Photos with phone brand watermark

I have a doubt regarding photos that the phone puts a watermark on it. Are they acceptable?

There is algo an other watermark with the date that was taken the photo on it. Are those also acceptable ?

You have to denied when have a watermark. Doesn’t matter if that’s legit, a good photo And everything good. Denied when have that.

And as was said: you can not accept nominations with brandes watermarks.

i only had one time such a brand watermark in wayfarer submissions and was wondering what this was ...

i thought it was just a picture from the internet lolz.
