Additional information: The wayspot was accepted in wayfarer and was available as a portal in Ingress, but the portal was removed after a few hours.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. The location in question was removed at the request of the property owner or Director, therefore, it cannot be reinstated at this time.
There is no proberty owner of this location. It is in a public area on a popular walking path. The wayspot is located outside 30cn and 30bd, that is the nearest landowners. For documentation see attached maps from the Danish Geodata Agency. It shows that the wayspot is on a public area.
I know the request to remove this wayspot did not come from any property owner, because there is none, but from some ENL players that has been harassing us for some time now.
So please look into this appeal again and restore this wayspot.
If the property owner or Director did request that, then you can't change the decision. No and, no if, no but, and no exception.
Maybe the owner got annoyed by a group of 20 trainers do a 5 star raids or something else in that location.
Any property owner, director, or manager can have a Wayspot within 40 meters of their property removed by contacting Niantic and Niantic is legally obligated to honor the removal requests.
