Religious statue in a apartments complex area

Hello everyone!
I've read many threads about "apartments complex things" being a valide candidate because they are not private playground. I live in an apartments complex, there are about 60 families living in this complex and there is a religious statue in the complex (it's outside the apartments, where u can park cars and there are benches where you can sit, and pray).
I would really like to have a waypoint here: it's so important from a religious and cultural point of view: even if you cant see the statue from Google maps, is there any chance that community accepts the candidate?
Thanks!

Let us see the photos of the statue that you would use to submit a nomination.
By the sounds of it, it could be eligible. Pictures would help us decide for sure though. If its technically a spot people go to pray I would like to think it meets criteria. Might depend how big the statue is though and if theres clear pedestrian access
This is the place: as you can see, there is the religious "thing" (I don't know how to say in English, sorry) on the right. And there is a bench. Fully pedestrian access. Even if you cant see it from Google maps, it exists. It's placed in a complex, 60 families (including mine) live in the apartments complex and this place is very important for christian believers.
As long as the supporting photo makesit clear that there isaccess and this is not in a PRP garden, this should go through.
It can be excepted. It does not matter that it is in a apartment area. I have seen Apartment areas with playgrounds as Pokemonstops or the signs marking the apartments. As long as their is something their that can be excepted, it can be nominated. I think they just try to keep it off the private property itself.
