POI Accepted But Location Wrong - Location Appeal

I submitted a POI and it was accepted on 11/23 but the location is not accurate. I submitted the requested google doc form for over 10m moves almost 3 weeks ago but have not seen the portal show up in Ingress nor have I seen any sign of being accepted/rejected, while I see similar appeals accepted/rejected within a few days in this forum.
Can I get clarification from Niantic on this? How long does it take for an appeal using the google doc form? Will I ever get accepted/rejected notification? I understand that I will not be notified either way when I use the google doc form but clearly requests in the forum get notification within days. Should I resubmit the request in this forum?

Additional Information - As I said, I submitted this POI myself. It did not spawn an Ingress Portal or Pokémon Pokestop/Gym so I investigated further and found that the accepted location was not accurate. I must have made an error when I submitted it but it is not accurate and also is in fact too close (~12m) to another existing portal to create a new wayspot so it is not showing up at all on the Ingress Intel Map.
If it is within 20 meters of an existing Wayspot, then it won't be added to the database. You will have to resubmit it at the correct physical location of the object.
Are you saying that the Location Appeal I am trying to get will not result in the new POI being added to the database if approved? I thought once the location was corrected it would then appear in the database/Ingress Intel map. Sounds like you are sayin that it never appeared in the database so there is in effect nothing to move?
That is correct. It is an automated rejection do the proximity. There is nothing that can be done about it except to resubmit if it is located 20 meters away from an existing Wayspot.
