Third Party Picture or Blur picture in Supporting Picture

First i know that supporting picture doesn't get count for actual reviewing other than a way to see if there's available space.
Also, i know that inclusion of home face or vehicle numberplate is not a problem in supporting picture.
**My question is,
is using third party photo like "Screenshot of Google street View" is allowed?
Also, is Blurry Picture (intentional blur edit) allowed in supporting picture?**
If the question is already answered by Niantic, please provide a link. thank you.

not explicitly forbidden, but very suspicious
As @saarstahl-ING pointed out, using third party pictures for the supporting photo isn't explicitly forbidden, but is typically either a sign of laziness or attempt at disguising an abusive nomination. For instance, I had the case of someone picking up a treehouse out of Amazon and editing the image to pass it up as a candid pic.
On the flip side, it could also be theoretically used to showcase relevant info, like an archive photo highlighting the cultural value of the nomination. It's rarely used that way, but could be.
So in the end, it's not a rejection criteria on its own, but definitively an invitation to keep an eye out for signs of something fishy.
I wouldn’t say its helpful to your actual nomination. As you are there already to take a picture of the poi why not take another for supporting? The screenshot for supporting kinda gives me the vibe that that specific poi doesnt exist. If it has google street view it would come up in maps already
