Starbucks that is not yet a waystop

Since Starbucks is a sponsored waystop, how do you treat nominations for a Starbucks that is not yet recognized as a stop? I’ve had this happen a few times now. Sure enough, the map corroborates the nominator’s words. Thanks for your help.

Generic business. Wayfinders have nothing to do with Niantic sponsorship deals. If more Starbucks are going to be put into Pokemon Go, that's entirely outside of our role.
Great! Thank you!
Instant rejection. We don't give free Wayspots to Starbucks. Any of their location added to the network has to be through their sponsorship contracts.
@TheFarix-PGO,
What do you suggest I do if I know of a Starbucks that has a PokeGym/Portal that is not sponsored and a PokeStop that is sponsored? That was actually my last remote Raid. I asked the person where the PokeGym is. He told me. I looked on Ingress Intel Map. The name is Sumatra Mural at 12901 Cantrell Rd, Little Rock, AR 72223. I dislike asking because sponsored Wayspots are usually not Portals.
You can read the description that is a red flag. Please ask Starbucks to sponsor this too.
Sincerely,
Andrew L
Leave it as is?!? If it made it through the review process it most likely means its fine. Niantic will also only remove poi’s in certain instances. Ie pedestrian access private property, k-12 grounds, obstruction of emergency services. If its a stop on its own and starbucks also has a sponsored stop there is nothing wrong with that. I don’t know why you would think of reporting that?
It is an artwork, whether it is on sponsored premises or not. Not all countries are fortunate enough to have sponsored gyms and Pokestops, the only sponsored things Australia ever got was that Gucci/The North Face collab, but then a code eventually came out anyway because it encouraged us to head into a the city CBD when the government advice was to stay away from it due to an emerging pandemic cluster.
Some businesses have great artworks or things that could be eligible for nomination, even the business itself if it really is an ideal place to gather.
Remember what NianticCasey has said, she would take visitors to their Starbucks in their very small town. I don't know why every single person here is discounting that (even if it had more disagree reacts than insightfuls), but hey, to each their own.
In any case, yeah, maybe a chain isn't really a good idea. But an artwork in a chain, if it really is a unique artwork is a-ok.
The Wayspot there is for the artwork at the business, not the business itself. Discounting anything related to the sponsorship deals, and whether Niantic and SBux agree to add something there, that would likely not meet criteria for removal.
