Rejection emails are missing reason in german

Description of the issue: When submitting from a german game client (pokemon go/ingress) the reason, which is mentioned in the english rejection email are missing in the german email.
Device, OS: Any device & OS where the game runs in german

Hey @NianticCasey-ING Don't you have a pending announcement?
I've seen today two post with rejection mails in Spanish and both of them included the rejection reasons!!! (and obviously now people complain that those reasons are wrong).
Congrats!, it's great that this bug seems to be fixed, let's hope that the rest of the email bugs can be squashed as well.
Yes, german Mails got them aswell
i had a rejection today. it now has an information about the "why".
anways. people are just insane. now i have to go there and resubmit.
