Additional information: this wall recently underwent a municipality-funded revamp project by an extremely talented local artist (I actually went there to see him work on it live). Since the mural is massive, I've submitted part of it as a new wayspot that was recently accepted (here), and have submitted updates to the text (currently the old title is still there unfortunately) and photo of the existing wayspot (which represented the old mural that existed there before).
The photo above is the supporting photo I've submitted for the new wayspot, so you can confirm the location's accuracy.
