How do you rate pokestop nominations when the photo is bad? I think that photo quality should be a specific criterium. So many bad photos, with the wrong focus or taken so far away from the pokestop that no one can see what it is or what is written there.

If the photo is very bad I rate it 1, if I can see the indication I rate it 3
