Additional information: This portal is not unique and has very low cultural and historical interest. This is just a unicorn mark on a bollard and there are at least 3 bollards of this type separating the "Passage Paul Barrou" from the streets "Rue de Stalingrad", "Rue de la Commune" and "Avenue Paul Doumer". Therefore I think this is not a legitimate Wayspot.

uninteresting is not a criteria for removal. Only the reasons named while reporting ingame are reasons for removal.
It is also not unique. NiaOPS already removed portals because they were only street plaques and existed at multiple spots on those streets.
