Hotel courtyards?

So here's the background. My town has a hotel, it's the only one in the county and yes I live in the middle of nowhere.
Where a pool would normally be, this hotel has a fountain bird bath, picnic tables and a grill.
I'm not sure if its eligible. Anyone have any guidance?

If the fountain is a focal point and something special visually you may be able to get that through, as to the rest highly doubtful
Well, in general any common "bird bath" is about waist height, with nothing special. We'd have to see a photo of the thing to be sure, but if it's just something that can be bought at the local hardware store, don't get your hopes up.
With the new criteria, a lot of people are leaning towards accepting picnic areas as acceptable, but be warned that some people here will likely say that they're temporary and thus should be rejected.
So, a picnic area in a park with a grill placed in concrete in the ground and picnic benches would be acceptable ?
It would be very difficult to get it accepted. If something was really cool about the table sure. Ive seen bbq spots accepted before but again its rare
