I don't see why this keeps getting rejected

I submitted it twice now and it got rejected twice while it's a perfectly legitimate submission in my eyes.
It's a pool hall. A place where people meet up to play pool/billiards/snooker/whatever. It meets all the acceptance criteria. It's a great place to be social with others (and I guess it somewhat falls under exercise too), it's a permanent sign that's easily identifiable, it's above a sidewalk next to a parking lot so it's safe and publicly accessible, and all my information is accurate.
I don't see why anyone would reject this.

Without at least the title and description you put with it, it's difficult to tell. Is there anything special about this snooker hall? Anything that makes it different? Is it the only one for miles around or just one of many?
In general though, I suspect it's getting turned down for being a generic business (even though that isn't really a thing anymore). Recent changes to the guidelines will take a while to filter down to the majority of reviewers.
Could you show use screenshots of your nomination picture with title and the supporting picture with supporting info please. At first glance this looks to be a good idea to nominate it may just be wording is all. What did you get as a rejection reason?
Isn't it private property?
Does it look like a home to you?
Private property is a legal designation for the ownership of property by non-governmental legal entities. Private property is distinguishable from public property which is owned by a state entity and from collective or cooperative property which is owned by a group of non-governmental entities.
So why bring it up then? It has nothing to do with the eligibility or ineligibility.
It clearly does. Let's agree to disagree.
How? It's clearly not a private single-family home. And Wayspots are allowed on private property with the only exceptions for private single-family residences.
There's no restriction at all about private property in Wayfarer. The only one is "Private residential property", and restricted to single family homes.
You’re 100% wrong for the criteria of private property. Private property in the terms for criteria is single family homes or farm. This is a business. Therefore does not fall under that rejection reason
The pictures I posted are the nomination picture and supporting picture respectively.
The title was Snooker & Poolcentrum Woensel (which is the neighborhood it's located in and is also what it's called on Google Maps). And my supporting information was "It is a place for social gathering where people can play snooker and pool together. It encourages socializing and exploring. The sign is outside and easily accessible from the sidewalk."
The rejection reason says private residential property. A pool hall is not residential property. Nobody lives there.
