How do you feel about neighborhood entrance markers?

Here in Texas there are many many nice entrance “gardens”, walls and decorative signage for entering neighborhoods. Many of my reviewed locals have been such and I am always unsure how I feel about approving them yet I also know as I live here that this is a great way to get poke’stops in rural locations. How do you all feel about these nominations. I should clarify that most of them are no where near the closest residence and usually very nice unique entries.

It was discussed a bit in this thread above.
They are not generally eligible unless they have historic or cultural significance. Some signs may be eligible due to fountains or sculptures incorporated into them.
Agree with TheFarix - very rare to see one that isn't generic. Plus they usually are on or impact private property, so aren't eligible for that reason. The "Help>What makes a good Wayspot?" section makes it clear that stops should be rejected if they would encourage people to go onto private property. (I would copy and paste but that usually screws up my post when I do.)
