Anyone Else Having Problems with Stuck Nominations?

I haven't had anything enter voting since last year and I wondered if others were having this problem. I have nominated 11 things in the Las Vegas area and the only things to get through voting were 1 upgrade and a fountain at an apartment complex that was wrongly denied. I have nominated 8 things at various locations in Las Vegas since November and none of them have entered voting. I also have nominations in the Phoenix area since May that have not entered voting because things I submitted nearby in April 2020 have not been approved/denied yet and are still in voting. All of them were in apartment complexes which seems to be the **** of **** for nominations.

Could be from a huge volume of submissions in those s2 cells that are going through voting still that were before yours. Only suggestion would be to try and get people to review
Or maybe Niantic needs fewer events so people have time to review!
