Additional information: Found this during reviewing process. Place is called "Kreş ve Eğitim Kompleksi" which means "Kindergarten and Education Complex", also the location is slightly altered to fit another cell and isn't in the right place. Same submitter also nominated the bust right next to this wayspot which is also in kindergarten grounds, it didn't make in yet.
