Wayfarer Rating won’t change

How often does it change? I had a great rating for a long time (and green before that). I have always been a good reviewer.
In one week, nearly every submission I saw was ineligible (and rightly so, but I rated far more than normal with one star - but these were for things like someone’s sock on their own floor, little free libraries obviously in the yards of private homes, mismatched locations looking for a pokestop at home, etc.) after that week, my rating dropped to FAIR and now my many agreements that I continue to get don’t count towards my wayfarer badge. (I’ve gone from 15% towards an upgrade to 97% in a short time frame and my rating has not changed.) I’m essentially doing work for free for Niantic, with nothing to show for it.
How long to I have to wait for it to update? There is no way I am doing a bad job. My rating dropped immediately after the eligibility criteria was changed and I assumed that had something to do with the drop. But now woth every review, I check the criteria carefully and have been extra careful lately because of this. I don’t understand and I’d appreciate some clarification from a Niantic moderator.

Same issue
Anywhere from a few days to several months. Niantic don't seem to want to provide any sort of reviewer feedback to help with review improvement.
I got a 4 hour cooldown yesterday, so i thought i Messed up quite a bit.
When i checked in today I got Upgraded to "excellent" - so not Sure how all of this is actually connected.
Same Problem here.
I went from Great to Good, and stayed there for about 13 hours befoee going back to great. I was worried that my evening of rage rejecting edge cases would lead to me being given a cool down or bot confirmation but nope.
I sure would like to achieve a Great (I guess its natural for a Niantic player to love achievements). Been working a lot. I think I'm doing them well. I got bumped down to Fair a little while after starting out, but after slowing down and being mighty careful my rating has stayed locked in there. Don't know what to do differently, except keep doing. 😬
Just an update. about a week after posting, my rating went back to good. Hopefully back to great soon. I have been SUPER careful because of this though.
Same here. Dropped from Excellent to Fair a while ago and started reviewing extra careful since. Got two Upgrades in the meantime. My Rating didn't change and is still on Fair. I don't know what else to so. It's frustrating.
There has been problems with this for ages niantic says it's the algorithms that have changed I think
I was bouncing between Good and Great for a while but then I hit a few cooldowns in quick succession, and I've been stuck in Fair for the last couple -hundred- reviews. Even though I started being more careful about reviewing, it's more or less killed my motivation to keep going since I'm not getting points anymore.
I'm blocked in poor rating despite getting an agreement on the majority of nominations i review.
I think the system have a big problem because the rating never change since i've start to review nomination. (was poor even when i've never review anything)
The system is also perverted by some person who reject everything even when it's good nominations.
Well, the mouseover text on "Fair" says "Not Bad! Try reviewing a few more Wayspots."
I did 800+ reviews since with a good agreement rate. But the status didn't change.
Is there a possibility to open a ticket or something?
Wow, as soon as I wrote this, my rating went from Fair to Good. That's spooky, but I won't complain. 😅
I'm fairly new but also experiencing this. Within my first 30 reviews or so, I dropped from good to fair, likely because of my newness and being off on some. I just checked my achievement progress in the game, and only 6 of my agreements have counted, and I have over 700 reviews since I first started...
I guess we are just stuck there, since there isn't robust or specific feedback mechanism in the system. I have no idea what I might not be doing well (or if I am following the guidelines properly but other reviewers are not, lowering the agreement to review ratio). It's frustrating because I'd like to do better and also get the achievement in the game (even though it doesn't affect gameplay to my knowledge).
Even if you "know" what you are doing after several 1000 reviews, if you drop to the bottom category it can take a long time (up to a few months) until your score moves back up to a "Good" or "Great" category. I think it is Noiantics way of adding some extra punishment - they have "stolen" several 1000 points of my badge stats over the years in this way.
Feedback for submitters is something I regulary ask for. So far, no joy.
i want to know if it’s the speed at which you review also impacts on whether you get placed on cool down or check for bot.
Sometimes there’s a delay with the numeration it seems. Takes a good while for the system to update itself.
@NianticCasey-ING whats the dynamics behind this?
My rating has been stuck for a long time 😔
