Available upgrade is not used

I have an available upgrade since i didnt have any nominations. Now when i do, it doesnt get upgraded. I can only pick "upgrade next" and it wont upgrade.
As you can see, available upgrades 1, in queue upgrade next.

Thats normal on newly submitted nominations. You need to wait a day and it will get used.
